Information will only be disclosed to the relevant SITA personnel within the SUEZ Environment group involved in the delivery of water and wastewater services and support you have requested.

We will not disclose the personal information we hold about you to third parties outside the SUEZ Environment group unless you have consented to the disclosure, or the disclosure is required or authorised by law. We will not sell, rent or trade the personal information that you provide to us.

Where we outsource any of our services or hire contractors to perform services, we require our contractors to comply with the Commonwealth Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy.

With your consent we may also use your information for other purposes such as including you on our marketing mail list. You can provide your additional consent to this use of your information on the attached consent form.

Access to your information
You may request access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also wish to amend your personal information should you believe that our records contain inaccurate information. If you have a complaint about our information handling practices or feel that the privacy of your personal information has been interfered with you may lodge a complaint with our Privacy Officer or directly with the Commonwealth Privacy Commissioner.
